Bike Case Rental – Liability Release and Rental Agreement
By renting a bike case from Arvada Triathlon Company, you (“Renter”) agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that transporting bicycles involves inherent risks, including but not limited to damage during travel. I assume all responsibility for any damage to my bicycle or other property during the use of the rental bike case.

Release of Liability: I release Arvada Triathlon Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims of liability, including those arising from negligence, for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the use of the rented bike case.

Rental Condition: I agree to return the bike case in the same condition in which it was received (normal wear and tear excepted). I understand that I am responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the case while in my possession.

Inspection and Acceptance: I acknowledge that I have inspected or had the opportunity to inspect the case prior to use and found it to be in good working condition. If renting online, I agree to report any issues immediately upon delivery.

Responsibility During Rental Period: I understand that I am solely responsible for the case and its contents from the time of delivery until the case is returned and inspected by Arvada Triathlon Company.
By proceeding with this rental, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms above.
