These pads offer 50% more wear resistance than the previous J03A model (and even greater longevity over older generations like J02A), thanks to the upgraded resin friction material. The standout finned aluminum (alloy radiator) back plate acts as a heat sink with cooling fins to dissipate heat, reduce brake fade during prolonged or aggressive descents, and further extend pad life. They deliver low-noise performance, smooth progressive braking feel, and good initial bite without the harshness of metallic pads.
